Ropes & Riggers Affiliate Programme: Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Ropes & Riggers Affiliate Programme. We truly appreciate your interest in collaborating with us. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before you sign up to our Affiliate Programme.

1. Affiliation and Commission Structure

As a member of the Ropes & Riggers Affiliate Programme, you will earn back as commission 10% of the purchase total, that the customers, whom you refer to us, spend in our webshop. The commission earned will be paid out in the form of a giftcard valid in the Ropes & Riggers webshop.

2. Giftcard settlement

Giftcards are issued when your earned commission reaches intervals of 500 kr. You will receive the giftcard digitally, via the email to which your Affiliate Programme account is registered. The giftcard will be issued within 30 days of the commission total of 500 kr being earned.

3. Qualifying purchases

To qualify for commission, the customers you refer must carry out purchases in the Ropes & Riggers webshop. Refunds, cancellations and returned goods will not be included in the commission earned.

4. Market research and advertisments

We strongly encourage you to market our products in an ethical and responsible manner. Do not use misleading marketing or false claims or any other practice that could damage Ropes & Riggers’ reputation.

5. Monitoring of the Programme and Amendments

Ropes & Riggers maintains the right to monitor and evaluate the Affiliate Programme We can amend the Terms & Conditions, including the commission structure and methods of issuing payment, with prior warning.

6. Conclusion and Affiliate Agreement

Ropes & Riggers maintains the right to close our Affiliate agreement with you without warning, if any of these Terms & Conditions are broken, or if there is any other form of mis-use of the Affiliate Programme.

Document 24 ApS takes no responsibility for errors in tracking, delays in commission payouts or any technical problems that may affect the affiliate programme.

By taking part in the Ropes & Riggers Affiliate Programme you hereby accept the Terms and Conditions as set out above
