All amounts shown on the homepage are given in danish kroner (DKK), inclusive of VAT and excluding delivery or customs fees.
Ropes & Riggers accepts online payments including: Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mobilepay Online, pay pal and bank transfer
We do not add any form of transaction fee to your purchases.
Payment for your order will only be deducted from your account when the goods are sent for despatch, unless otherwise agreed or noted on your order.
Ropes & Riggers uses a secure payment server which encrypts all data, which means that the link is secure.
Delivery
We deliver only within Denmark. Standard delivery time for your order within Denmark is 1-3 working days. When ordering on the weekend or on public holidays, we will despatch your order the next working day. When ordering before 12:00 on weekdays, your order will be sent the same day.
In the unlikely event of a delay to the expected delivery time, we will send you a message by mail.
We deliver to private addresses in Denmark – though not the Faroe Islands or Greenland.
All goods are sent via GLS and PostNord.
Returns and refunds
There is a full right to return goods purchased from our webshop within 14 days
The period is calculated from the day on which you receive your order. Any costs related to the return of the goods will be borne by you, and the choice of delivery agent is up to you.
Changing your mind: we need to be informed latest 14 days after your purchase, and following this we must have your goods back in our possession latest 14 days after you have informed us of your desire to change your mind.
This must be sent to us by mail on [virksomhedsmail], where you clearly need to state that you wish to invoke your right to change your mind. You can also use our returns portal, which is found here [link til returportal].
Ropes & Riggers retain the right to evaluate the condition of the goods. If the item has been tested beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the item, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will get a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back.
Right to complain
According to the Danish Sales Act, there is a 2-year right to complain about products. Complaints apply to defects in material and/or in manufacturing.
Complaints shall be sent to Ropes & Riggers within a reasonable time after receipt. Here, we believe one month is a reasonable time unless otherwise agreed.
Complaints do not cover errors or damage caused by incorrect use of the product.
Ropes & Riggers covers the cost of returns due to Complaints, to a reasonable extent. We do not accept parcels sent on cash on delivery.

Privacy and Personal Data Policy
When you buy an item and pass on information, we receive customer data. As the controller of the data, we process your personal data securely and confidentially. Your personal data will only be used and stored for the purposes for which they were collected.
We use third parties to process some of our information, including in our freight handling, which has not been developed by [virksomhedsnavn]. We have entered into data processing agreements with our partners as a guarantee that they comply with applicable regulations on the protection of personal data.

If you have a complaint and we are not able to find a solution together, you may use one of the following options for taking your complaint further:
- The Centre for Complain Resolutions, via the portal v. Companies House. Gå til klageportal.

- If you are a customer living in a different country of the EU, you can make your complaint via the EU’s online complaints portal. Go to EU portal.
