The Red Signature Rope combines the well-balanced character of our Signature series with a deep red colour that highlights the rope's texture and the lines of the weave.

The individual jute fibres are dyed red before being twisted together into rope. This means the rope is dyed all the way through – not just on the surface. The red colour therefore follows the individual fibres throughout the entire rope.

The rope is made of 100 % Tossa jute and has a medium-laid construction. This provides a good grip, a clear texture and a pleasant suppleness. The natural friction can be felt in the hands and makes it easier to work in a controlled manner with ties and friction.

The Red Signature Rope has the same basic character as our natural Signature Rope. You therefore get a versatile jute rope with a dry, natural feel and distinct fibres – here combined with a more striking visual expression.

Like our other Signature Rope, the red variant is handcrafted in our own workshop. The rope is flame-treated and finished with a rope paste based on tsubaki oil and Danish beeswax. It is delivered fully treated and ready for use immediately.

The Red Signature Rope is a good choice for Shibari, Kinbaku and Japanese rope bondage when you want the classic feel of Tossa jute combined with a deep, through-dyed red shade.
